What is the real minimum order?
300 pieces per SKU for private label, 100 pieces for stock colours from the current catalogue. A mixed container can combine several lines to reach a full load.
Can we have samples before committing?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days and are charged at cost plus freight. Custom artwork samples take 14 days. Sample cost is credited against the first production order.
How is tooling charged?
New moulds are quoted separately and owned by you after payment. For repeat customers we often absorb tooling on volume commitments above 5,000 pieces — ask, it is negotiable.
Which payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit and 70% against the bill of lading, or L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000. Terms improve after the third shipment.
Do you handle packaging design?
Dielines, print proofs and barcode registration are done in-house at no extra charge. We keep standard retail and bulk packaging templates for most lines.
What about compliance documents?
ISO 9001:2015 certificate, BSCI audit report and SGS material tests are sent as PDF within one working day of request. REACH and CE declarations are available for lure lines.
