Our own CNC and injection shop means a new lure body or reel frame does not wait behind someone else's queue.

From 300 pieces per SKU: your artwork, your packaging, your barcode. We handle dielines and print proofs.

Documented QC

Drag tests, salt-spray hours, load-to-failure curves. Every batch leaves with a test report, not a promise.

Export logistics

Consolidated LCL or full containers from Qingdao and Ningbo, with customs paperwork handled in-house.

We keep the same engineer on your account from the first sample to the last shipment. That is the whole trick.

Start a brief

  • Brief & spec sheet

    Target price, market, target species. We respond with a costed spec and tolerance table.

  • Sampling

    Tooling where needed. You receive physical samples and a drop-test video before anything is committed.

  • Production

    Line-side QC at three stations, with daily photo updates if you want them.

  • QC & shipping

    AQL 2.5 inspection, test report, then loading at Qingdao or Ningbo.
